3D Navigation in the Atlas of the Brain in Stereotaxic Coordinates

The BrainNavigator allows 3D navigation through the detailed atlas of the isolated brain.

In the BrainNavigator the orthogonal sections are calculated from the serial sequence of the sections of the Detailed Atlas of the Human Brain. These can be displayed in different windows and a cross mark is shown which can be positioned in any region of interest.



A click on any location of the images will change the position of the crosshair as described for the MRI-Navigator above.
